SUPREME TG

Specialized in Tidal Turbine seals since 2003, all our TG seals apply to the Lean, Green and Effective philosophy: The Mean Time Between Maintenance (MTBM) is optimized, the sealing solution is environmentally friendly and off course: effective. SUPREME TG seals come in two standard designs, which are always tailored to the specific application need.

SUPREME TG

This grease lubricated system uses multiple lip seals that deliver a high level of redundancy. A patented grease lubrication system re-circulates the grease and effectively minimizes grease consumption. The grease refilling period is 5 years, or more. We offer an extended warranty of 5 years on these systems (ask for conditions).

SUPREME TG HP

This system effectively deals with high varying water pressures. It uses a patented water lubricated system, where water is circulated through little channels inside the housing parts. These channels function as an orifice, which decreases the prevailing water pressure to the atmospheric pressure inside the nacelle. The water is then filtered and pumped back to the rotor side. A 5 year guarantee also applies on this system.
