SUPREME LDA - shaft seal

The SUPREME LD is a targeted design for small seagoing vessels and inland vessels. It effectively seals conventional propulsion systems, both CPP and FPP. 

The seals can be delivered as an aft and forward seal. The SUPREME LD aft seal consists of cast iron housing parts, a chrome steel liner, 1 oil-repellant and 2 water-repellant NBR lip seals. The SUPREME LD forward seal consists of cast iron housing parts, a chrome steel liner and two oil-repellant lip seals. 

The seal can also be delivered as a SUPREME LD-eco system: a closed grease lubricated system, which prevents that grease will leak into the water environment.

A wide set of options is available to enhance the seal design. The available options include: a spacer ring, a wear resistant liner coating and FKM lip seal compound.
