LIQUIDYNE Special Execution

All LIQUIDYNE seals are tailored to your specific needs. But sometimes, an application needs more than that. That is why we also build LIQUIDYNE in a Special Execution (SE) design. A LIQUIDYNE SE can fulfill all basic functions: sealing, dirt-resisting, pressure reducing and vacuum function. Also hybrid versions of SUPREME and LIQUIDYNE seals are available. Condition monitoring

The LIQUIDYNE’s condition can be monitored at any time, which has three benefits (1) it enhances grip on the maintenance process, (2) avoids sudden pump failure and (3) maximizes Mean Time Between Maintenance (MTBM).

Briefly explained, the LIQUIDYNE uses the lubricating water discharge flow as an indicator of the remaining lifetime. If this discharge flow is at 20% of the initial flow (flow at start-up), maintenance needs to take place. Plotting the decrease in flow allows users to predict the remaining lifetime of the seal.
